<p>Marketing the Insurance, Mutual Fund and other products of the Bank. Responsible for end-to-end sales. Any other work assigned by the Bank from time to time.</p>

<p>d)Compensation:</p>
<p>Fixed Pay: Rs.15000/- per month subject to achievement of minimum threshold premium of Rs.1 lakh per month i.e., Rs.12 lakhs per annum.</p>

<p>HRA: Rs.2,500/- [25% Basic]</p>
<p>Conveyance: Rs.1,500/- [15% Basic]</p>
<p>Medical Aid: Rs.1,000/- [10% Basic]</p>
<p>Variable Pay: Over and above the threshold limit, he/she will be entitled for variable pay and the variable pay is equivalent to 15% of the commission received by the Bank.</p>
<p>The contract appointees, who fail to achieve performance with a minimum target-premium of Rs.3.00 lakhs per quarter, consecutively for two quarters, beginning from the second quarter of their appointment shall cease to continue as contract appointees of the bank from the last day of the month from the end of the second quarter under review. However, if any candidate fails to achieve minimum threshold limit of Rs.3 lakhs in any quarter, Bank reserves right to break the contract.</p>

<p>Casual Leave – 10 days per calendar year</p>

The Bank/IBPS would be analyzing the responses of a candidate with other appeared candida tes to detect patterns of similarity. If, as per the laid down procedure, it is suspected that the responses have been shared and the scores obtained are not genuine / valid, the Bank reserves the right to cancel his / her candidature.<br />
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS [FOR ALL POSTS]:<br />
a) Candidates have to register on-line through Bank???s website only. No other means of applications are entertained.<br />

<br />8. Duties and responsibilities of the post : Supervision and co-ordination of the work pertaining to the entire Mines Control &amp; Conservation of Mineral Division. Responsible for achievement of the targets set for the division. Guiding the officers of the division in technical and administr ative aspects of their work. To issue directives for maintaining uniformity of approach, adoption of clear-cut, objectives and monitor and supervise the work of all zonal, regional and sub- regional offices. To examine and process the revision applications against the order issued by the subordinate officers. To set standard norms for all Regional Mines Environment and Mineral Conservation Week Committees for organizing the week. To assist the Controller General, Indian Bureau of Mines in various technical and administrative matters and tender advice on policy formula??tion, implementation of various activities of the department, etc.. To discharge any other duties as may be assigned by the Controller General or by the Administrative Ministry.<br />
<br />9. Educational qualifications, experience and eligibility for the post : Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Public Sector Undertakings or recognized research institutions or Autonomous Bodies;<br />
<br />(a) i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/ Department; OR<br />
<br />ii) with 2 years in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 16400-450-20000 or equivalent in the parent cadre/Department; OR iii) with three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300 or equivalent in the parent cadre/Department; (b) Possessing the educational qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruits as follows:<br />
<br />(A) ESSENTIAL<br />
<br />(i) Degree in Mining Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent; (ii) Fifteen years experience in a Supervisory capacity in Metalliferrous Mines or in Government Department dealing with Metalliferrous Mines.<br />

<br />Post Graduate degree in Mining Engineering of a recognised University&#8217;or equivalent.Working knowledge of computers with special emphasis on commonly used softwares in offices.<br />
